W. Geography Grade Policy

Late Assignments

1 Day	2 Days	3 Days	4+ Days
Highest possible score: 85	Highest possible score: 80	Highest possible score: 75	Assignments will not be accepted.

The end of the period counts as the end of the day unless specified otherwise.
Students are not allowed to send pictures of assignments unless specifically instructed to do so.
Extensions must be asked for ahead of the deadline.

Failing Assessment Grades & Retesting

According to campus policy, students must have the opportunity to retake a major assessment in which they scored below a 75.

Students must complete test corrections prior to taking the retest. The teacher may prescribe further remedial assignments.

The retest may differ from the assessment in format, but not in content. Students must attend a tutorial session with any World Geography teacher to take the retest. The maximum score that may be earned on a retest is 75 percent.
